Booking & Cancellation

  • BOOKING MINIMUM of 2 continuous nights in the same room
  • INCLUDES Breakfast & Wifi & all taxes/charges included & towells, linen, soap, shampoo
  • RESERVATIONS upon guarantee for 2 nights rent on the provided creditcard number
  • CONFIRMATION your CC information and availability will be veryfied within 24 hours
  • CACELLATION min 5 days prior to booked arrival date, if less noshow charge applies
  • NOSHOW CHARGES: the amount of the first 2 nights rent will be charged on the creditcard
  • CHRISTMAS & EASTER: + €5.00 per person & night (Dec 7th - Jan 6th; Easterweek)

Arrival & Stay

  • ALL ARRIVALS: 77 Kaiserstr. Top 8 , our premises in this building or across the street
  • SELF CHECKIN: after 12:00 noon, camera watched gate (staff cruises all presmises)
  • CHECKOUT of room/bed/Apt 10:30, you can stay on in common space
  • RECEPTION HOURS: host in person 8:00 - 12:00 noon! 24/7 directcall from ech apt to host
  • CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST self service in the kitchen of each apartment 8:15 - 11:00
  • LAUNDRY service for dorm & private rooms on request; Apartment Rentals incl.
  • DEPARTURE bagstorge availble for free
  • DAMAGES by you WILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD
